Meet Our Team
K-W Seniors Day Program is an independently operated program with a volunteer board of directors that has been providing supports and services to older adults in the community and their families since 1974.
Our program staff include nurses, social service workers, and recreation therapists. They are trained and dedicated to providing a cheerful, accessible, and friendly environment to promote independence and self-esteem for our clients.
Deanne has been the Executive Director of our program since 2007. She began her career with us as the Program Coordinator in 1991, but prior to this, she volunteered many years helping with the activities and programs. Her passion as always been to work with older adults and their families to support them in living at home for as long as possible. She believes the positive social interactions and meaningful activities are integral to quality of life, which is what the K-W Seniors Day Program supports!
Paula joined our program in 2007 as the Program Coordinator. She is the first point of contact for new clients and care partners joining our program. Paula manages the program waitlist, assesses and coordinates services for our clients, provides support to families and care partners, and offers supervisory support to our volunteers and students. Paula brings a “down-to-earth” attitude that our clients, staff and volunteers love!
Program Coordinator Expanded Program
Vidhi joined our team in 2018 as the Program Coordinator for our extended program. She supports clients and care partners and coordinates the waitlist and services for our Wednesday evening and weekend program. In addition to her nursing background, Vidhi brings creativity and passion to create a dynamic program for our clients.
