What We Do

Programs, Activities, and Fun

Our programs and activities are specifically tailored for seniors to offer them a place to gather, interact and socialize in a secure, fun setting. We offer a variety of activities and programs that provide participants with both mental and physical stimulation as well as socialization and personal interaction. Our programs are proven to reduce isolation and loneliness, prevent physical decline, and offer caregivers assistance. We help provide dignity in the face of healthcare challenges and offer a deep understanding of individual issues resulting in the highest quality of care. Our programs include:

Arts and Crafts
Ceramic classes, sewing, knitting, crocheting as well as a variety of other crafts.

Games
Card games such as euchre and cribbage, board games, crokinole, shuffleboard, and bingo.

Music
Sing-a -longs with a live pianist.

Nutrition
A hot, delicious, and nourishing noon meal as well as morning and afternoon snacks

Special Events
Along with our annual bazaar and Christmas parties, we also offer theme days and birthday celebrations

Special Services
We offer program participants help with letters and mailing with stamps and greeting cards available on site. We also provide special K.P.L library services, hairdressing and foot care.
