Program referrals are made by the Community Care Access Centre, as well as caregivers and other CSS agencies. A minimal and very affordable fee will be applicable. You can initiate a referral to our program by calling 519-748-2222—ask for the Intake Department.

Be sure to ask about our transportation services. Transportation to and from the program is available, if needed. The program runs Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 3:00pm at 247 Franklin Street North, Kitchener.
